Covid 19 Vaccination

Over the coming weeks we will begin vaccinating those who fit in to category 4 and 7. For information on the categories please visit - Provisional Vaccine Allocation Groups

On the basis of the information provided by the website if you feel you meet the criteria for either group 4 or 7 please email: providing your name, date of birth and the best contact number for you and we will be in contact.

We are continuing to roll out our over 70’s vaccination clinics in line with HSE guidelines and HSE supply. We would hope that all over 70’s will have been contacted by the end of April. Please let us know.

Should you have any other queries in relation to the covid vaccination the HSE have set up a helpline and can be reached at 1850 24 1850.

COVID-19 Testing

From Wednesday 18th March, we will be referring symptomatic patients directly for COVID-19 testing. In order to streamline the process, we require our patients who think they need testing
to complete a testing form. Please click on the button below for more information and to access the testing form. This form will be emailed directly to the surgery when you submit it and a doctor will call you within 1-2 working days.

Prescription Request

Please use the link to send us a full list of required medications, dose and duration. All prescriptions are usually ready 2 working days after the request is received. Prescriptions are now submitted electronically to your pharmacy so please ensure to include the name and location of your pharmacy. There will be occasions where the doctor feels that in fact you need a review of medication/conditions before issuing a repeat prescription. This is for your safety and also at times can be to comply with tight prescribing legislation
